Great product and great company

I ordered the 9 inch straws. They are a perfect fit for the 30 ounce Yeti and Rtic. They are a bit short for the 30 ounce Mossy Oak Tumblr, but it can still be used. (See pic with the stainless steel tumbler with the Orange straw cover. Rainier’s straw is the shorter straw.) The silencers fit the Rtic top perfectly. I have the new yeti design and the silencer is a bit snug on top, but it still works well. I just had to put the bottom one on backwards. As for the functionality, you can’t ask for anything better. It stops the straw from rattling and it keeps your lips from getting frostbite. The pieces are easy to put on and pull off. They are dishwasher safe, just read the directions for dishwasher tips. The cleaning brush is extra long so it makes it very easy to clean the inside of the straws. They even thought to warn parents not too let young children use the straws as they can be dangerous for them.

When I received mine, one of the tips had a tear in it. I contacted the company and they responded immediately. Instead of just sending the one replacement tip, they sent me an entire package with the extra clear tip included! Awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE!

RAINIER, Great Product, Great Price Point, Great Service

These straws were very made and thought out. The silencers are great on several levels. Most importantly keeps the straw from burning your mouth. Secondly, at small gatherings it helps people identify and keep their drinks. No more wondering who’s drink is who’s. Also the straws are the right length for our tumblers and the holders keep them in place well. For the straws, silencers, and place keepers RAINIER had the best price point. If I need more of these I am buying from them. They also have a Very Proactive Customer Service which I did not use. It is nice to know that if I had issues or question they were more then willing to back up their product.

You NEED these straws!

Oh my gosh, you need these straws. You may not know it yet, but you do.

I LOVE them. My husband even loves them, and he was a little bit skeptical of the idea of a steel straw at first. (He’s really not all about change. To him, straws should be plastic and that’s that. But I stuck one in his cup and now he loves them).

Anyway, I bought the longer ones and they fit our Ozark cups perfectly. My husband and I both love the comfort tips, to keep our teeth off the stainless steel of the straw. We also love the silencers…they keep the straw from clanking while you drive and from turning around in the cup (which can result in taking your eyes off the road to look for the straw, or fumbling around with your lips to find it). I had to trim the silencers a little to fit the lid of the cup, but that’s easy.

Excellent Product and Customer Service

Absolutely loved these straws. Great quality and love the silicone bits that keep you from hitting your teeth with the metal. A few straws arrived damaged and when I contacted the company they were very attentive and responsive. I received a replacement pack a few days later and I have zero complaints. Doesn’t get better than a great product and great customer service.

Looking for the perfect straw?

I think I’ve finally found them! We love these straws. The cleaning wands are so helpful. I’ve thrown away more straws than I could count because I just couldn’t get them clean. These straws come with two wands that work perfectly for them. The color coding is great for kids. It helps them keep track of which drink is theirs. We also like the stoppers that help hold the straws in place, especially for the grandkids who tend to like to pull their straws out. The little protector at the top of the straws are great too if you don’t want to put your lips on the metal surface of the straw but we use them either way.

Excellent Instant Pot Steamer Basket

I ordered the 6 quart Casa Verde Steamer Basket. This is a very nice steamer basket. The handle stays at the side and doesn’t rest on the food. The stainless steel is sturdy and a good quality. It looks nicer than online. I measured the stand and it’s exactly 3/4 inch tall as advertised. It’s a perfect high to keep water out of the basket while steaming. I’m very happy with the quality. The green silicone that covers the handle and feet are a nice addition. The package arrived on time and in excellent condition from both Amazon and the manufacturer. This is a great product!
